The mission and purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between sales and marketing - turning inbound leads into qualified appointments for our inside sales reps.
In practice, that means generating new qualified sales opportunities (appointments) from the warm leads (people who have researched/ know about our company or have had an interest in the past) that our marketing team collects as well as from our current customers (upserve opportunities).
When done right, this position will generate more qualified appointments for our inside sales reps while also increasing the show rate of those appointments - resulting in more lives changed and more revenue for the company.
People Skills:
You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).
Integrity:
Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only set clients who’re a great fit.
Leadership:
You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.

This is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to generate opportunities. You must be hungry.

You’ll need enough space in your calendar to:
Monthly Pay Out + Commission - When performing within KPI on time earning for this role will be between $60,000-$100,000+ per year working 5 days per week.
