Mission and Purpose:

The mission and purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between sales and marketing - turning inbound leads into qualified appointments for our inside sales reps.


In practice, that means generating new qualified sales opportunities (appointments) from the warm leads (people who have researched/ know about our company or have had an interest in the past) that our marketing team collects as well as from our current customers (upserve opportunities).


When done right, this position will generate more qualified appointments for our inside sales reps while also increasing the show rate of those appointments - resulting in more lives changed and more revenue for the company.

You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).


Integrity:

Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only set clients who’re a great fit. 


Leadership:

You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people. 


Hunger // Work Ethic:

This is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to generate opportunities. You must be hungry.

Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you're behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results.

You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers, but still important.

You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.

Outcomes & Responsibilities

30 Day Targets:

  • Learn all systems + product knowledge to be efficient in this role
  • Average of 150+ outbound dials per day
  • Average of 2+ sets booked per day

60 Day Targets:

  • Average of 200 outbound dials per day
  • Average of 3+ sets booked per day
  • Average of 2+ closed sets per week

90 Day Targets:

  • $150,000+ revenue generated from Sets
  • 75%+ Show rate & 25% Show to Close rate
  • Average of 3 sets closed per week

Time Commitments

This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.

You may request off anytime with a 4-Week advanced notice.

You will have the freedom to make your own schedule so long as you can hit your KPI’s

You’ll need enough space in your calendar to:

  • Make 200 outbound dials per day
  • Attend Daily/Weekly Team Meetings
  • Complete EOD Admin & Reporting tasks M-F
  • Be available to communicate through slack during normal business hours M-F
  • Altogether this a full time, 40 hours / wk position

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Pay Out + Commission - When performing within KPI on time earning for this role will be between $60,000-$100,000+ per year working 5 days per week.

Full-time, 1099 position

  • Company Training & Education Fund: $85,000 per year allocated for team member training and education -- just ask!
  • 2x Annual All Expenses Paid Company Offsites: Our last few offsite locations include Costa Rica, Scottsdale, Orlando, and Nashville.
